With more than 15 years’ building experience, we are a licensed Building Practitioner for commercial and domestic building and a member of the Master Builders Association.
JMB Constructions has established solid relationships in the building sector with architects, engineers, suppliers and contractors.
Our company works throughout regional Victoria and southern NSW, completing projects in Shepparton, Bendigo, Mt Buller, Albury, Kilmore, Echuca and surrounding areas.

As a registered commercial builder, JMB Constructions specialises in commercial building in a vast range of projects, including industrial, retail, education and health.
We design and build our own commercial projects; work as head contractor for small-scale commercial clients; and sub-contract to large-scale projects. As a cladding installation specialist, we offer innovative ideas in design and construction. We have extensive experience and have worked on numerous projects with many of the new light-weight claddings on the market.
But we don’t rest on experience alone, and pride in staying up-to-date with new materials and methods so we can continually offer our clients innovative ideas in design and application.
We employ a number of tradesmen with different backgrounds and skill sets, making us ideal to tackle unique and difficult tasks. We own a number of specialised tools and equipment for any out of the ordinary tasks.

James Briggs
Managing Director/Master Builder
James has more than 16 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked on many commercial and domestic projects throughout Victoria and New South Wales.
James is a registered commercial and domestic builder since 2010, and loves the challenge of building innovative, modern and unique projects. He has built a reputation for creative and innovative design and construction.
James is heavily involved with the Master Builders Association Victoria as the chairman for the North East Victoria section for the past 4 years, and sitting on their country sector committee for 2019.
James was also acknowledged in the Australian Construction Awards in 2019 as runner up for ‘off-site construction project of the year’.
James takes great pride in quality work, and will stop at nothing to ensure his team delivers projects on time, and clients are fully satisfied with their final product.
